We grow all of our mushrooms indoors in clean, carefully monitored grow tents. This ensures consistent quality and allows us to harvest fresh mushrooms weekly for Kansas City farmers markets. Our farm specializes in Pearl Oyster, Blue Oyster, and King Trumpet mushrooms, along with powdered supplements made from Lion’s Mane, Turkey Tail, and Cordyceps.
